-TERMS/CONDITIONS AND COMPANY POLICY-

 

 

1. All DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE INCLUDING IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER.  2. ALL RESERVATIONS EXCEPT CORPORATE AIRPORT TRANSFERS (48 HOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE) REQUIRE A 4-WEEK MINIMUM CANCELLATION. 3. ANY CHANGES TO THE RESERVATION ITINERARY(PICK UP LOCATION ETC) MUST BE CALLED IN & EMAILED 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. THE TIPSY GRAPE IS NOT LIABLE IN THE EVENT OF MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN WHILE ON CHARTER AND WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING UP LOST TIME AT A MUTUALLY AGREED DATE. THE CLIENT ASSUMES FULL FINANCIAL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE LIMOUSINE/BUS CAUSED DURING THE DURATION OF THE RENTAL BY THEM OR ANY MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY.______.

 

 

BROKEN/MISSING GLASS FLUTE OR TUMBLER FEE IS $15.00______.

 

 

BROKEN/MISSING GLASS DECANTER/TOP FEE IS $50______. 

 

 

EATING OR FOOD IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY OF OUR LIMOSINES OR BUSES UNLESS A MINIMUM CLEANING FEE OF $50-$250 IS CONTRACTED/CHARGED IN ADVANCE OF THE CHARTER/RESERVATION. VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND. NO ICE CHESTS OR BOTTLED BEERS/WINE COOLERS PERMITTED ONLY CANS.______.

 

 

MINIMUM FEE OF $500.00 FOR EACH CARPET BURN OR UPHOLSTERY BURN______.

 

 

VOMIT/SANITATION MINIMUM FEE IS  $500.00______. 

 

 

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION BY MINORS OR DRUG USE IS PROHIBITED BY LAW & WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND.

 

ANY LEGAL FINES WILL BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER.

THE DRIVER HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RUN/SERVICE WITHOUT REFUND (IF THERE IS BLATANT INDISCRETION ON THE PART OF THE CUSTOMERS  OR IT'S GUESTS TOWARDS OUR DRIVER OR COMPANY PROPERTY/VANDALISM TO VEHICLES.

IT IS ILLEGAL STAND THROUGH OR OPEN ROOF/WINDOW EMERGENCY EXITS UNLESS DURING AN ACCIDENT OR FIRE. IF OPENED THE RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT REFUND.

SMOKING/VAPING  IS NOT PERMITTED IN OUR LIMOUSINES/BUSES AT ALL______.

 

 

THE MINIMUM FEE FOR SMOKING/VAPING IS $500.00 PLUS AUTOMATIC TERMINATION OF RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND_______. 

 

 

4. OVERTIME CHARGES WILL APPLY AFTER THE FIRST 10 MINUTES OF PREARRANGED TIME DESCRIBED ON THE RUN SHEET. GPS TRACKING DEVICES ARE INSTALLED ON ALL VEHICLES FOR TRACKING, BILLING ACCURACY AND SAFETY. 5. The Tipsy Grape Wine Tours & Transportation IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR THE TERMINATION IN WINTER CAUSED BY UNSAFE ROAD CONDITIONS(IE. NOT SALTED , ACCIDENTS RESULTING IN DELAYS OR ROAD CLOSURES, TRAFFIC, ETC.). 6. The Tipsy Grape Wine Tours & Transportation. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ARTICLES LEFT IN ANY LIMOUSINE OR BUS. 7. CASH BALANCE IS DUE ON ARRIVAL/PICKUP OR A CREDIT CARD SERVICE CHARGE FEE OF $50-$100 WILL APPLY.8. VEHICLES CANNOT BE LOADED BEYOND SEATING CAPACITY. 9. LIMO/PARTY BUS RENTALS DO NOT INCLUDE THE BATHROOM RENTAL & SANITATION FEE  ON ANY RESERVATION. 10. OUR VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED OFF ROAD OR ANY TERRAIN HAZARDOUS TO THE SAFE OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE (EXCEPT IN OR OUT OF A WINERY)_______.

 

 ***FASTRAK/TOLL ROAD CHARGES/FEES***

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FASTRAK/TOLL ROAD FEES DURING THE CHARTER AS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER OTHERWISE  OUR DRIVER WILL NOT UTILIZE THE FASTRAK EXPRESS LANES. THE FEES WILL BE ADDED TO THE CONTRACT FINAL INVOICE AFTER COMPLETION OF SERVICE AND WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE ONLY. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR FASTRAK/TOLL ROAD CHARGES/FEES TO THE DRIVER.   ACCEPT TOLL FEES _______.

 A 20-30% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. BALANCES MUST BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD AND MUST BE PAID 72 HOURS PRIOR TO SERVICE UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENT ARE MADE IN WRITING PRIOR TO TOUR.
