Do I need to make resevations for my tour?

Absolutely.  Though we have very few black-out dates, reserving your tour is a must..

How long will the tour last?

​

Tours have 3 pick-up times...9:30/10:30/11:30.  Tours will last approx. 4 hrs.  You will visit 3 premium wineries/breweries with a lunch in between.

How do I pay for my tour? 

​

Credit/Debit card may be used for tour reservations. Venmo is another option. Cash is also an option at pick up  When contacted after you registration form is complete, payment must be accepted within 3 days of receving registration form.  This will ensure that your day and time is booked.

Is tip included with my tour?

​

No.  However, tips are appreciated.  Our qualified drivers take the time to escort you to the best of what Temecula wine country has to offer; without you having to drive.  With that said, tips are at your discretion.  You can pre-tip your driver at time of booking, or tip the driver cash at time of services.

Are there refunds for my booked tour?

​

Things happen in life that are out of our control.  When tours are booked we utilize a vehicle that will be dedicated to you and is not booked out elsewhere.  Due to this fact, deposits and/or paid wine tours are not eligible for a refund.  You are welcome to schedule a later time for a small re-booking fee which can vary depending on future date and will be discussed.

Where do I get picked up for the tour?

​

For the Tasting Temecula Package, you will be notified when booking where to meet for your excursion.  This will usually be at a local hotel or winery.  For those booking the Signature package, we will pick you up at your desired location within 20 miles of the wineries. For group tours we do free pickup within 20 miles of Temecula.  Anything outside of 20 miles from the winery is subject to a pre-determined surcharge. Group tours will be at your location but depending on distance, a fuel surcharge may apply.

Can I choose my pick-up location even if I don't book a Platinum tour?

​

Yes.  There will be a destination fee associated with this service but we will pick you up.

Do I pick what wineries/brewery we visit?

​

We have relationships a various premium wineries and breweries in the valley.  You don't get to choose, but be assured that we select the finest to visit at different times. Some of the wineries you and your party will visit are, Mira Monte, Doffo, Danza Del Sol, Hart, Callaway, Avensol, Peltzer, Fizoli...just to name a few.

When are tours offered?

​

We offer tours 7 days a week minus some blackout days which are some major holidays.

Can I buy wine/beer on the tour?

​

Of course! We want our guests to take home a piece of thier experience.  Better yet, when you book with The Tipsy Grape you will receive discounts on the wine/beer and merchandise that you buy.

Up to how many people can we book for a tour?

​

Currently we book tours up to 45 people.  We want you to have a fun time with your party all while having a great tasting experience.
